During an in-home postpartum visit, you can expect but not limited to:

  • Gentle guidance and practical assistance with newborn care and breast/bottle feeding support

  • Nourishing postpartum meals/ one handed snacks/ drink if desired

  • Birth debriefing/ unpacking your birth story and supporting, referring to additional support when needed
